今日の一枚は18年前の同じ日です。橋が7割がた沈むほど水位が高く、背後の山並みにはまだ雪がだいぶ残っていました。
当時この景色がほとんど知られずにいたことは、今となっては奇跡のようです。
Today's photo is from the same day 18 years ago. The water level was high enough to submerge about 70% of the bridge, and the mountains in the background still had quite a bit of snow.
It seems almost miraculous now that this scene was largely unknown back then.
